1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Settlebunk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a hostel (as a Manager) or as a student, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity or yourself to these terms.
Settlebunk is a hostel management and financial transparency platform. We provide tools for bill allocation, payment processing, and administrative oversight.
2. Financial Transactions
Settlebunk uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Paystack) to handle transactions. By making a payment on the platform, you agree to the terms of these processors.
- Managers are responsible for the accuracy of bill allocations.
- Withdrawals are subject to verification and may take 24-48 business hours to process.
- Settlebunk reserves the right to charge a platform fee on transactions, which will be clearly disclosed.
3. User Conduct
Users must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding. Misrepresentation of identity or hostel ownership may lead to immediate account suspension.
You may not use the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering or fraudulent billing.
